PRIVACY POLICY - OTI FINE ART SERVICES

OTI Fine Art Services ("OTI," "we," "us") provides fine art shipping, transport, storage, and related logistics services. This policy explains how we collect and use client contact information, including mobile phone numbers, in connection with those services.
Information we collect
We collect contact information — including name, email, and mobile phone number — directly from clients and their designated contacts when they engage OTI's services (e.g., during project setup, scheduling, or shipment intake). We do not collect this information through public web forms or third-party lists.
How we use SMS / text messaging
With a client's consent, given at the time services are engaged, OTI may send SMS text messages related to scheduled appointments and shipments, including:
- Appointment confirmations and driver arrival-time notifications
- Shipment and delivery status/timing updates
- Secure links to review and sign shipping documents (e.g., Bills of Lading)
These messages are strictly operational — OTI does not use SMS for promotional or marketing purposes.
Message frequency varies based on shipment activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Opting out

Other data use
OTI uses trusted service providers to operate our business, including Twilio (SMS delivery), Cloudinary (file/photo storage), and QuickBooks (invoicing) — these providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to OTI and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.
